From AI Chat to Agentic Marketing: How the Agentic Marketing Accelerator Works
Most marketers are stuck at AI chat. Here's how to build agents instead.

Most marketers have used AI. Few have built agentic systems.
That's the gap. And it's the gap that decides who runs the next decade of marketing.
Most marketers are stuck at AI chat
Right now, the average marketing team's AI use looks like this. Someone opens ChatGPT or Claude. They paste in a brief. They get a draft back. They edit it. They paste in another brief. Same thing, every day.
That's not AI strategy. That's AI as faster autocomplete.
The marketers I work with at Heads-of and Director level know this. They've been 'doing AI' for a year. Their teams have prompt libraries. They've run training. And yet the actual systems running their marketing function are exactly the same as 18 months ago. AI sits beside the work, not inside it.
And the gap is widening. The marketers who learn to build agents, small repeatable systems that run a function end-to-end, are pulling ahead. The rest are still writing better prompts.
Agents, not prompts
An agent isn't a chatbot. An agent is a workflow that runs without you in the seat.
Think about how marketing actually works. You don't write one post in isolation. You research the audience, pull customer language, brief the content, write a draft, fact-check it, refine the brand voice, decide where it goes, repurpose it for three channels, measure the result. Ten steps, every time.
A prompt does one of those steps. An agent does all ten.
That's the unlock. Not better prompts. Not more tools. The shift from running every step yourself with AI as your assistant, to designing systems where AI runs the function and you run the system.
AI doesn't make you unique. What you bring to it does. Your taste, your audience knowledge, your brand standards, your judgement. That's what an agent encodes. That's what carries forward when you stop being in the chat window every day.
That's what the Agentic Marketing Accelerator teaches.
How the programme works
The Agentic Marketing Accelerator is a four-week intensive for marketers ready to make this shift. Four hours a week. A small cohort, deliberately. Application-only because the work needs the right people in the room.
The four agents you'll build
Every cohort participant builds the same four agents. They're the four every marketing function needs.
Content Engine. An agent that turns one piece of source content (a webinar, a podcast, a long-form piece) into channel-specific drafts across LinkedIn, email and blog. The agent holds your brand voice. It knows your audience. It produces drafts that are on-brand, not AI slop.
Campaign Launch. An agent that takes a campaign brief and produces the launch plan, the channel assets, the timeline, the action list. Built around your real launch motions, not a generic framework.
Market and Customer Intelligence. An agent that does the research work most teams skip because they're too busy. Customer language extraction, competitor positioning, audience pain themes. Pulled directly from your real data sources.
SEO Content. An agent that researches keywords, plans the content map, drafts SEO-optimised long-form pieces with on-brand voice. Replaces the agency you've been paying £4,000 a month for SEO writing.
These aren't conceptual frameworks. They're working agents. You build them out in the four weeks of the programme. You take them with you. You keep building.
The four-week rhythm
Each week follows the same rhythm so you can plan around it.
↳ Friday Briefings. A short async drop covering the week's agent build. Watch when you want, take what you need.
↳ Live Build sessions with Victoria. Real-time builds where you watch the agent come together, ask questions, and apply the patterns to your own context.
↳ Office Hours with the coaching team. Bring your build, get unstuck.
↳ Build Partner pairings. Every participant is paired with a build partner for the duration of the cohort. You build out loud. You learn faster.
Four hours a week. No more. The constraint matters. The goal is sustainable practice, not burn-out heroics.
Who teaches it
Victoria Rusnac is the founder of Applied AI Co and an ex-CMO. She's trained 15,000+ marketers and ran AI adoption inside marketing teams at Veygo, Oddbox and Intuit before building Applied AI Co.
Sergio Giannone is the AI Coach. He runs AI content at Frasers Group, scaling agentic content across Sports Direct, FLANNELS, Coca-Cola and ASICS. He's the operator who's done this at scale, in a marketing function, with real budget on the line.
Nicola Anderson is the Programme Lead. Ex-CMO at GoCardless, MyTutor, MOO and Snapfish. Co-founder of The CMO Circle. She coaches you through the mindset shift, because becoming agentic isn't only a technical leap. It's a career one.
Why I built this
I built the Agentic Marketing Accelerator because every CMO and Head of I work with hits the same wall.
They know AI matters. They've experimented. Their teams are using it. And yet none of the systems running their function have actually changed. The work still runs through people, and AI is bolted on the side.
That's not a strategy problem. It's a build problem. Marketers haven't been taught to build. We've been taught to brief, to manage, to optimise. Agents are a new skill set, and you can't read your way into it. You have to build agents to learn how to build agents.
So that's what the cohort does. Four agents in four weeks. You're not learning about agents. You're building them.
Is the Agentic Marketing Accelerator for you?
Apply if you're already using AI for marketing work as a baseline (copywriting, summarising, research, brainstorming), you have a business context to build for (your current company, a client book, a previous role's brand), and you can commit four hours a week for four weeks.
Don't apply if you're looking for an intro to AI, you don't have a marketing context to build for, or you can't make the time commitment. The cohort isn't AI 101. It's a build sprint for marketers who already know enough to know what they don't have yet.
How to apply
Cohort 1 runs 19 June to 17 July 2026. Applications close 5 June 2026. Read the full programme overview here. Spots are capped. Application only.
